1. About this policy
Rockhawk Pty Ltd trading as Leagen (ABN 17 673 537 123) uses cookies and browser storage to support the website, account access and chat features. Read this policy with our Privacy Policy.
2. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small records a website stores in your browser and can receive with later requests. Local storage keeps information in the browser across visits. Session storage is limited to a browser tab and is normally cleared when that tab closes.
Session cookies normally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies have an expiry set by the service. Local storage does not have a built-in expiry: it remains until the application removes it, you clear it, or your browser removes it.
3. What we store and why
Account access and preferences
Authentication cookies support signing in and maintaining your account session. Our authentication service, Supabase, manages these cookies and their expiry. Language and appearance preferences can also be read from cookies so the interface uses your selected settings.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, website links and successfully submitted enquiries on our public website. We do not send your name, email, phone, message or account data in these events. Analytics is disabled on staging and private app pages. We allow only predefined campaign labels in measured URLs.
Your choice is stored in this browser. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to decline or withdraw permission. Withdrawing stops future measurement and removes the analytics cookies created on this host; it does not delete earlier aggregate reports. Forms remain available whether you accept or decline.
Spam prevention
Our enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify submissions before email is sent. This security check is separate from optional analytics.
Chat continuity
The chat feature can use browser storage to remember a conversation identifier, visitor identifier, messages, last activity and whether the widget is open. This lets a conversation continue as you move between pages. Storage is scoped to the agent and browser context; preview modes may use session storage instead of persistent local storage.
Examples include keys beginning with leagen-chat- and the conversation key chatbot-[agent ID]-cid. Clearing browser storage can disconnect the browser from an existing conversation. It does not itself delete records already held by the service.
Saved selections
The website uses leagen-currency-preference to remember your currency selection and leagen-roi-calculator-v1 to retain calculator inputs between visits. These are local-storage preferences, rather than advertising cookies. Account features can also retain navigation preferences and temporary interface state.
4. Other services and websites
Service providers that deliver account access or embedded functionality may process the browser information needed to provide those features. A website operated by one of our customers may also use its own cookies, analytics or advertising services alongside a Leagen widget. That website's policy applies to its own technologies.
This policy does not mean every browser uses every storage item described above. What is stored depends on the features you use, your settings and the website hosting the chat.
5. Your controls
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and site storage through your browser settings. You can also change preferences through the relevant interface where available. Browser help explains how to manage site data for your browser.
Blocking or removing necessary storage may sign you out, reset saved selections or prevent chat continuity. Browser controls do not automatically remove information already submitted to Leagen or a customer's organisation. See the Privacy Policy for access, correction and privacy enquiries.
6. Contact and updates
For questions about this policy, contact privacy@leagen.co. We may update this policy when our features or storage practices change.
